Service and maintenance

Reliability of supply and daily operations are the focal point when servicing waterworks. Therefore, Kemic Water Technology performs both maintenance tasks and acute service.

Service based on the client’s needs

Companies outside Denmark are assigned a supervisor who will be available online, where most problems can be resolved. However, service visits are also possible and this will usually be arranged at the handover procedure.

Service visits are planned according to the client’s requirements, once or several times a year. We collaborate closely with the client on service visits and, therefore, we always discuss the visit with the client beforehand to ensure that we achieve the optimal benefit. During the visit, we replace worn-out parts to ensure best possible operation of systems and we perform the necessary inspections, as agreed with the client.
